J.T. Brown scores goal, putting puck through net; Syracuse trails 2-0 in Calder Cup; LeBlanc to throw out first pitch at Target Field; WCHA meetings update from Bemidji

J.T. Brown and the Syracuse Crunch trail 2-0 in their American Hockey League Calder Cup championship series versus Grand Rapids (Mich.) following a 6-4 home loss Sunday. The Syracuse Post Standard has an update here.

Brown shot a puck THROUGH the net Sunday and, upon further review, is called a goal. The video is here.

Hermantown’s Drew LeBlanc is throwing out the first pitch of Wednesday’s Minnesota Twins 7:10 p.m. home game with Philadelphia. A St. Cloud State news release is here.
