Enrico Blasi signs; honoring the late Ken Godfrey; USA Sled Hockey places second; Colt Goucher smiling

Miami of Ohio coach Enrico Blasi, 41, will be coaching the RedHawks into his 50s after signing a 10-year contract with the school Monday. A news release from the school is here.

The Marquette (Mich.) Mining Journal has a tribute to good guy Ken Godfrey, a former Northern Michigan athletic director, who passed away last week at age 64 following a battle with leukemia. The story is here.
