More pro signings from the WCHA: Forbort, Alt, Hayes; milestone for Caroline Ouellette

Players from the WCHA continue to sign professional contracts this week:

North Dakota junior defenseman Derek Forbort of Duluth, an NHL Entry Draft first-round pick, signed with the L.A. Kings on Friday. From the Grand Forks Herald here.

The Mankato Free Press has a story on Minnesota State-Mankato star senior forward Eriah Hayes signing with San Jose and on his way to Worcester (Mass.) here.

Former Minnesota Duluth forward Caroline Ouellette reached a milestone with her 200th game for Canada, playing this week in the World Championships in Ottawa, Ontario. The has an update here.
