  1. As someone that’s spent some time around umd, what are your thoughts about the hire or not hires for AD?

  2. I didn’t attend the press conference for new UMD AD Josh Berlo, but Chancellor Lendley Black said a connection with hockey strengthened Berlo’s stock. Former Notre Dame hockey coach Dave Poulin was among those recommending Berlo as an up-and-coming administrator. A confident 35 year old seems like a reasonable selection for the job.
