Minnesota Duluth senior winger Keegan Flaherty was back at practice Tuesday and may be available to play Friday and Saturday at home against Nebraska-Omaha on Senior Weekend. Flaherty suffered a leg injury last Friday after colliding with an Alabama-Huntsville player at Amsoil Arena and sat out Saturday.
Nebraska-Omaha junior forward Ryan Walters of Rosemount, Minn., has a three-point lead in the WCHA scoring race entering the final regular-season series versus UMD. He was a St. Thomas Academy teammate of UMD junior goalie Aaron Crandall. U.S. College Hockey Online has a Walters feature here.
