The WCHA in the PairWise Rankings

The WCHA has six teams in the top 17 of the PairWise Rankings following Sunday’s Wisconsin 5-0 home victory over Penn State. Two weeks remain in the regular season.

At Madison, Wis., Tyler Barnes had a goal and three assists as Wisconsin blanked Penn State, in the first meeting between the Big Ten Conference members. Wisconsin led in shots 51-22. The game was 0-0 after one period. The Badgers are 5-2-2 the last nine games. Joel Rumpel earned the shutout. Attendance 8,547. The teams meet again Monday night.
