The 30th Minnesota Voyageur Trail Ultramarathon 50-Miler was Saturday — from Carlton High School to the Lake Superior Zoo and back — on what turned out to be a humid, 80-degree day. A record field of 154 starters went along the trails through Jay Cooke State Park and Spirit Mountain. These are some tough folks.
