  1. Kevin – solid work and writing in today’s paper!

It appears that McLeod is either out of the loop or holding his cards close to the vest. As one reads through all of your links that folks (i.e., AD’s) were not particularly happy with his leadership. It would be interesting to read in Sunday’s paper some the AD’s either on or off the record to learn about their frustration with the league. Interesting that they all agreed to “stay the course” and then the 4th enters the picture and all hec breaks loose.

Quite interesting if Versus signs a deal with this new league. Is there a timeframe for Notre Dame to make their commitment? They took their time a few years back when they went from Independent to Big East member.

  2. Is Notre Dame just crossing its T’s and dotting it’s I’s, administrative-wise, before getting on board? Let’s hope its announcement to join will come next week. Why else would Miami join this new conference if there was serious doubt the Irish would go to Hockey East. Right now the Redhawks are on an island out east in this conference.

  3. I think McLeod has been out if the loop for years. He says that schools need to do what is best for college but then says the WCHA tried to poach the two nest remaining schools from the ccha. Which is it Bruce?
