LAKE PLACID, N.Y. — Jeremy Morin (Auburn, N.Y.) and Kyle Palmieri (Montvale, N.J.) each scored twice, as USA White defeated USA Blue, 4-2, in the second of three intrasquad scrimmages here at the 2010 USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp.

The contest featured 42 U.S. players auditioning for a spot on the U.S. National Junior Team that will take part in the 2011 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship, Dec. 26, 2010-Jan. 5, 2011, in Buffalo, N.Y.

Palmieri started the game’s scoring for White with his second goal of the camp. After a clean faceoff win by Drew Shore (Denver, Colo.), Palmieri snapped a quick shot past the blocker of Andy Iles (Ithaca, N.Y.) less than two minutes into the contest.

The 2010 USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp will feature one more U.S. intrasquad scrimmage tomorrow (Aug. 1) before switching to international games between the United States, Finland and Sweden Aug. 2-7.
