Krause, Herbert, Forbort Update

     A note from the Upper Midwest High School Elite League on Adam Krause of Hermantown and Caleb Herbert of Bloomington, Minn., two Minnesota Duluth recruits:

Caleb Herbert of Team Southeast extended his league scoring lead with a goal and three assists. The Bloomington Jefferson senior now has 34 points, four ahead of Southeast teammate Justin Crandall. Hopkins’ Archie Skalbeck had three goals on the weekend, bringing his season total to 14 and sharing the league goal-scoring lead with Adam Krause of Team North.

    Also, the International Scouting Services has ranked North American skaters leading to the 2010 NHL Entry Draft and the list of 30 for October has defenseman Derek Forbort of Duluth, a North Dakota recruit, at No. 15:
